Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD) in residential settings and the community.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration, and household chores.
- Facilitate leisure activities, social outings, and community involvement.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in your care.
- Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and outings.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED OR HHA/CNA certification (certifications can be expired) and or 2 years of related experience in leu of High School Diploma.
- Valid NYS driver's license for at least 2 years
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 3PM - 11PM
Thursday: 4PM - 10PM
Friday: 3PM - 9PM
Saturday: 8AM - 5PM
Sunday: 8AM - 7PM
