Sales BDC Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact on inbound internet and phone leads
- Responsible for setting appointments and engaging customer sales inquires via phone, email and text message
- Continuous and timely follow up with internet and phone leads
- Prospect for potential customers
- Keep up to date with product knowledge
- Meet/Exceed monthly sales objectives
Sales BDC Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills required
- Excellent communication skills electronically and verbally
- Ability to work independently and is self-motivated
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Organized
- Strong customer service skills
Schedule Requirements:
- Full time schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
- This is an in-person position
