🔧 Service Advisor Responsibilities (Express Lane)
- Schedule service appointments and manage express lane workflow
- Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service (CSI-driven)
- Write and manage repair orders (ROs) accurately
- Perform quick write-ups for maintenance services (oil, brakes, tires, etc.)
- Recommend maintenance and upsell additional services
- Provide estimates for labor and parts
- Communicate service updates, timelines, and approvals
- Coordinate with technicians and dispatch for efficiency
- Ensure repair orders are completed and closed properly
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
🎯 Requirements
- 2 years Service Advisor / Automotive Service experience
- Dealership experience required (1 year)
- Experience in express lane / quick service environment preferred
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
