Westbrook Hospitality, LLC is looking to add a Staging Design specialist to our team. We are a full-service short term and midterm (Airbnb and corporate rental) management company here in Greenville, SC. The Staging Design Specialist will be trained to assist with furnishing estimates, design, shopping, and ordering for our incoming properties. This is a part-time position, estimated at around 25-30 hours per week, but this can fluctuate based on how many houses we are taking on at that time. This job is partially remote, as designs, estimates, and ordering can be done from home. Shopping, hanging artwork, and assisting with the design install requires the candidate to work in person in the Greater Greenville area and occasionally in the Keowee/Hartwell area. Gas reimbursement is offered. This position works in conjunction with our CEO/Sales staff and Operations department on projects.

- Administrative skills for creating estimates and tracking expenses
- Reliable access to a laptop and smartphone
- Ability to drive their own vehicle and a small U-haul
- Ability to lift and move furniture within reason (50-75lbs)
- Ability to hang art work (assistance available when needed for large pieces)
The candidate's responsibilities include:
- Meeting with Sales team member at prospective houses (can set specific hours of availability for this)
- Taking photos of home and listening to owner and salespersons vision and taking notes
- Creating estimates based on our template and the typical products we use
- Ordering estimate items according to our schedule when a job is approved
- Coordinating with our local delivery person for large order pick up
- Shopping in person for smaller decor items, art work, etc and transporting to property
- Installing all decor items, hanging art work, and advising the operations team on furniture location and TV placement
- Doing a final walk-through of the property to ensure it is ready for photos
- Tracking expenses for each project to ensure we are on budget (simple entering of each expenditure)
- Able to assist on occasion with remodel designs (choosing flooring, paint colors, countertops, etc).
Potential Growth Areas for a candidate would include:
- Sourcing furniture at yard sales, antique sales, and building a small inventory
- Continuing to add to and refine our commonly used product inventory
- Ability to paint/do touch ups as needed
- Ability to do simple furniture refinishing/painting
