Program Director - Medication Assisted Treatment

Job Summary:The MAT Program Director is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and implementation of the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, ensuring its efficiency, compliance, and success in serving clients. This role involves managing daily operations, strategic planning for growth, staff onboarding and training, and fostering communication between senior leadership, clinical staff, and community partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet consumer and agency needs.

• Is responsible for general oversight of program functionality.
• Provides daily oversight of the state MAT grants.
• Develops strategies for long range planning to support rapid growth in program.
• Monitors and updates policies, procedures and operational guidelines of program to ensure compliance.
• Communicates regularly with other Program Directors to stay informed of concerns, questions, needs and achievements.
• Is responsible for onboarding of clinical staff in conjunction with Human Resources, by scheduling appropriate trainings and shadowing of other clinicians.
• Facilitates communication between senior leadership and front line staff by attending leadership meetings and serving as a conduit for important information.
• Chairs the MAT Leadership Team Meetings and facilitates Focus Groups consisting of clients as well as community stakeholders when needed.
• Coordinates project services and activities including data collection, quality improvement and sustainability efforts.
• Oversees the collection and reporting of grant related data points.
• Oversees training, communication and information sharing.
• Serves as a link between the program, program partner entities and the community.
• Assists with Continuous Quality Assurance and participates in Utilization Management.
• Work with staff, clients and others in a professional, cooperative, ethical, respectful and effective manner.
• Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information and complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and support Westbrook Health Services' mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior.

Qualification Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail working accurately and efficiently under time constraints.
• Able to use basic office machines such as computer system with programmed software and fax machine.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately with a variety of individuals in order to convey and receive information effectively.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work with staff, clients and others in a professional, cooperative, ethical, respectful and effective manner.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Mobility and ability to sit for long periods of time use a standard computer keyboard, bend, reach and lifts up to 25 pounds are required in this position. Ability to drive to worksites and trainings, carry supplies from car to presentation site are required. Ability to speak in front of small and large audiences while standing anywhere from 10 min to two hours at a time.

Salary : $65,000
