Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the Club and member areas to ensure a positive and memorable experience for our members and their guests.
Job Duties:
- Clean public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping
- Restock bathroom amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional cleanliness of the Clubhouse and surrounding areas
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Building and Facilities Superintendent
