Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the cinema.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and appropriately stocking the concession stand.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on product knowledge and customer service.
- Assist in scheduling and overseeing shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Handle clerical tasks such as payroll processing and price adjustments.
- Support in training development programs for new hires and ongoing staff education.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cinema management or related field.
