The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)systems and working knowledge of Laboratory Execution Systems (LES), supporting day-to-day lab operations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

We are seeking a skilled Lab Systems Support Analystto provide on-site and remote support for laboratory systems at a leading life sciences manufacturing site in La Verne. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)systems and working knowledge of Laboratory Execution Systems (LES), supporting day-to-day lab operations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for ELN systemsused in laboratory environments
- Support LES applications, including user access, workflow execution, and issue resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for lab users for system-related queries and incidents
- Perform system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for ELN and LES platforms
- Collaborate with QA, IT, and lab teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
- Assist in system upgrades, validation activities, and documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ where required)
- Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime for lab operations
- Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials
- Strong experience supporting Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)systems (e.g., LabWare, Benchling, BIOVIA, etc.)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Laboratory Execution Systems (LES)
- Experience in a GxP / regulated environment(Pharma or Biotech preferred)
- Understanding of laboratory workflows and data management processes
- Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech environments
- Exposure to system validation and compliance processes
- Familiarity with LIMS, CDS, or other lab systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
