Westbound & Down is our Pizzeria & Taproom in Lafayette, CO. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about great craft beer, amazing food, excellent guest service, and being a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain food quality
• Protect the quality of the guest experience
• Maintain morale and performance of line
• Offer support and constructive criticism
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Help execute effective communication from and to all lines
• Help maintain 25% of food cost by managing portion control and minimizing waste
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
