Lead the planning and execution of in-person brand activations and customer-facing events across the Austin, TX - This is not a digital or content marketing role.
You will take ownership of full event lifecycles: from initial brief and logistics planning through to on-the-day management and post-event analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event marketing efforts across homeowner communities in partnership with the Sales team to generate local brand awareness and leads
- Execute creative neighborhood marketing campaigns and community outreach
- Support marketing initiatives for exterior home renovation services including windows, doors, siding, patio covers, pergolas, and sunrooms
- Lead on-site teams during events and serve as the primary client and customer point of contact
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure flawless execution
- Oversee brand standards, messaging consistency, and customer experience quality across all touchpoints.
- Deliver post-event reports including performance metrics, observations, and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of events marketing experience required
- Prior experience working with a home improvement, renovation, or remodelling company
- Degree in Marketing, Events Management, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in an events, promotional, or customer-facing management role
- Strong leadership presence and excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Comfortable managing competing priorities under time pressure
