As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the team, supporting the General Manager, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. You'll help create a positive work environment while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate team members during your shift to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and team leadership.

• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.

• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.

• Help achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals by controlling operating costs.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with ordering and product management.

• Ensure proper cash handling and security procedures are followed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.

• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.

• Assist with local store marketing initiatives and community engagement.

• Complete required reports and maintain restaurant records in compliance with company standards.

• Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of restaurant or food service experience; supervisory experience is preferred.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, including breakfast and drive-thru operations, is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.

• Excellent customer service skills with a positive, guest-first attitude.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continue developing leadership skills.

• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.

• Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a background screening.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
