Crew Members are cross-trained in a variety of restaurant positions, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and build your career.

- Drive-Thru

- Backline/Production
Depending on your shift, you'll also assist with opening or closing responsibilities to ensure the restaurant is ready for guests and the next shift.
What You'll Do
- Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare food according to Hardee's quality and food safety standards.
- Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.
- Ensure food is prepared quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies and keep workstations clean and fully stocked.
- Follow all company policies, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to support coworkers and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Complete opening or closing duties as assigned.
