Montana Hospital Association is seeking a full-time Program Director in Helena, Montana! (Apply to the website below)
Term: Permanent
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Montana Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) Center of Excellence Implementation
- Manage implementation partners and staff
- Responsible for leading statewide implementation activities
- Support rural healthcare organizations in achieving measurable improvements in access, quality, financial sustainability, and operational performance
- Oversee program performance and healthcare data reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Finance, or another healthcare-related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare administration, hospital operations, rural health, healthcare consulting, program management, quality improvement, or a related healthcare field.
- Demonstrated experience administering federal or state-funded healthcare grants, cooperative agreements, or government contracts.
- Strong understanding of Critical Access Hospital (CAH) operations and rural healthcare delivery.
- Experience leading complex healthcare initiatives involving multiple organizations and stakeholders.
- Experience overseeing healthcare data collection, performance measurement, analytics, or program evaluation.
- Experience supervising professional staff.
- Valid Montana driver's license or ability to obtain one.
