Customer Service Representative – Swanton, VT
Pay: $18.00 – $30.75 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Swanton! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a team environment, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers and our production team to make sure orders are accurate and on time
- Answer questions about orders, pricing, and products
- Enter and update information in our system with a high level of accuracy
- Learn how to identify and set up part numbers (both stock and custom items)
- Help customers with product details, quotes, and placing orders
- Handle customer requests and follow up as needed
- Approve and process returns
- Keep track of credits and account adjustments
- Pitch in with general office tasks like scanning, faxing, and copying
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Comfortable using computers and entering data
- Willingness to learn about our products and how parts are configured
- Interest in learning how to read blueprints (we’ll help you!)
