West77 Partners is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our Corporate Accounting team. You'll work directly with our Corporate Controller and gain hands-on experience supporting a growing real estate investment company with businesses spanning hospitality, construction, development, and corporate operations.
This role provides exposure to multi-entity accounting, financial reporting, debt management, and month-end close while giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support the business.

What You'll Do
As an Accounting Intern, you'll assist with a variety of accounting and finance responsibilities, including:
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assisting with cash and bank reconciliations across multiple entities
- Building and maintaining supporting accounting schedules
- Assisting with general ledger reconciliations and monthly close activities
- Helping track company debt, loan balances, and financial covenant reporting
- Supporting intercompany invoicing and cost allocations across multiple businesses
- Pulling and organizing financial data for reporting and analysis
- Assisting the Corporate Controller with financial reporting, special projects, and process improvements
You'll gain exposure to multiple accounting systems and work with experienced professionals who will help you build a strong foundation in corporate accounting and finance.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn and take ownership of your work
Preferred (but not required):
- Exposure to Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
- Interest in real estate, hospitality, or multi-entity accounting
