Reports To: Site Coordinator / Area Director
Education
Bachelor’s Degree with experience working with at risk adolescents. Bi-lingual preferred

Job Goal: development of the life skills needed for graduation and post high school learning and careers.
Performance Responsibilities:
Other essential duties and responsibilities may be assigned beyond the following:
1. Case management of up to 40 at-risk students
2. Works as a liaison between family and school to create and implement a plan for students academic and social /emotional success
3. Facilitates online credit recovery program as needed
4. Works collaboratively with schools and programs to define and outline student participation, performance, and success for individual students placed at high risk for leaving school before graduation
5. Schedules, plans and participates in family outreach visits and family engagement events
6. Arranges travel for students to and from school as needed
7. Attends weekly staff meetings
8. Monitors attendance, behavior, and grades
9. Responds and intervenes in students’ crises
10. Sets goals with students
11. Writes student success plans
12. Documents progress towards student success plan goals
Terms of Employment:
Twelve- month year. Salary and work year to be established by Executive Director and Area Director respectfully
Evaluation
Performance of this job will be evaluated by the Site Coordinator/Area Director in accordance with Board Policy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
