We are in search of Full Time Health Information Manager to maintain the medical record system in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Wage:
- Wage $19.85/hour - $21.35/hour (based on experience)
- Including $0.85/hour MI wage pass through approved until 09/30/2026

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- File medical records promptly and ensure information is protected and confidential.
- Ensure records are complete and accurate.
- Process discharges.
- Staff scheduling to ensure appropriate staff levels.
- Answer telephone and route calls promptly and accurately.
- Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on a “Weekend/Night” Manager Rotation
