This position is an Economic Service Worker within the Office of Constituent Services, Customer Service Reporting Center located in Kanawha County. The worker is responsible for taking phone calls from the public who wish to report changes and/or make inquiries regarding benefits they are receiving through all the programs offered by The Department of Health, Health Facilities, and Human Services. The worker will complete all the functions of an ESW in a district office without taking face-to-face applications. Customer transactions will be completed by mail/phone as well as processing all changes reported.
