Creates financial transactions in WV OASIS financial for the Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA) and Retiree Health Benefit Trust (RHBT) Fund. Performs a variety of basic bookkeeping and clerical tasks including creation of OASIS payment, transfers, deposits, and cancellation transactions as directed. Must perform duties per federal, state and agency laws, policies and guidelines. Should be knowledgeable about WVOASIS and basic book-keeping. Employee will provide information as requested by manager for various purposes such as the account reconciliation process between the OASIS ERP Financial system and the PEIA/RHBT Microsoft Dynamics GP General Ledger.

Training:Graduation from a standard four-year high school or the equivalent.
Experience:
Three years of full time or equivalent part time paid bookkeeping, accounting or related experience..
Substitution:
Successful completion of college-level; bookkeeping or accounting courses from an regionally accredited college or university may be substituted at the rate of three semester hours equals six months experience
Salary : $31,533 - $53,916
