West Virginia University School of Medicine Eastern Division, Department of Pediatrics seeks an Outpatient Pediatric Physician (ranks available: Assistant, Associate or Full Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Jefferson County, WV
Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Pediatrics. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Full Time Physician working primarily in the outpatient clinic with after-hours phone call responsibility
- After Hours Phone Call coverage: 3 times per month
- Main Practice location: 203 East Fourth Avenue Ranson, WV
- Average Number of Patients per day: 20-25
- Number of Providers in Practice: 1
- Additional Staff: 8
Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent State medical license and DEA registration is required by start date. Successful candidate must have completed Pediatric residency program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in Pediatrics. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
