Description The front desk position is an administrative support function under general supervision of the Human Resources Director. Example of Duties: Serves visitors, guests and vendors by greeting, welcome, and directing them appropriately; notifies WVSP staff of visitor arrivals; answers and directs telephone calls appropriately; maintains visitor logs and keeps updated contact lists; records mail and deliveries and notifies staff accordingly; ensures proper opening and closing procedures of the front entrance to Headquarters building. Perform related work as required.
Qualifications Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent. Experience: Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in routine office work. Substitution: College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience.
