Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed an LPN program that is state approved, passed the LPN licensing examination and licensed by the state of WV as an LPN
- Criminal background check conducted pursuant to WV Code §18-5-15c and/or §18A-3-10, as appropriate
- Must have and maintain First Aid/CPR certification
- Must provide verification of successful completion of First Aid/CPR program- official card not required
- Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
- The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Additional Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration.
- Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration.
