Parks/Twin Falls Resort State Park/Wyoming County - Under general supervision, this employee performs general care and repairs to the buildings and grounds at Twin Falls Resort State Park. Employee will assist in routine carpentry, plumbing, masonry work, minor repairs on walls, floors, steps, doors, windows, toilets, faucets, drains and other fixtures of the park.
Employee will assist in maintenance and installation of drains and water lines. Employee may be required to paint, deliver and/or mail packages, and run other errands as needed. Employee may be required to gather and dispose of trash/waste material, move furniture, load and unload supplies, move equipment by hand and/or with hand trucks, and perform other manual tasks.
Employee may lead the work of Parking Attendants, Groundskeepers, and labor positions, perform custodial work such as sweeping, mopping, washing floors, washing windows/walls/mirrors/fixtures, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing. Employee must have knowledge of the standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment routinely used in building maintenance. Employee must have knowledge of safety and proper care of such equipment and tasks. Employee will be subject to call and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
Employee must be available to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and night shifts. Employee must be available to perform any and all work on the park required by the supervisor and perform all related duties as required. Regular attendance is required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
Substitution: Completion of the tenth grade and two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience working in a public recreational area.

Pay: $21,373.00 - $39,540.00 per year
