Nature of Work - These positions work under close supervision, complete varied clerical duties involving face to face contact with walk-in clients, directing client phone calls and scanning documents into the correct client cases. Comprise client messages accurately and route them via email or instant messaging system to appropriate individuals. Must be able to effectively communicate with workers. This position may also distribute mail and faxes. Complete related work as required.
