Work demands high-level decision-making skills with a significant consequence of error, particularly in matters affecting the rights of families and children. Supervisory responsibilities include providing support, guidance, and ensuring staff’s adherence to best practices, law, rule, and policies. The position requires the use of a personal vehicle for travel, being on-call during non-business hours, and may necessitate overtime as part of the commitment to safeguarding the welfare of children. Perform related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
AND
Experience: Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience in adult or children's services in a public or private health and human services agency.
