- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in sports management, coaching, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience as an assistant coach or similar role
- Strong knowledge of baseball rules, regulations, and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Working Conditions:
The assistant coach will work primarily on-site at Ravenswood High School, with occasional travel to away games and tournaments. The position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, during the spring baseball season.
