- West Virginia Professional Student Support Certificate, West Virginia Nurse Certificate or Temporary Nurse Certificate, or West Virginia Nursing Substitute Permit
- West Virginia Nursing Substitute Permit Requires:
- A minimum Associate's Degree in nursing with a minimum 2.0 GPA
- Holding a valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure issued by the West Virginia Board of Examiners
- Completion of the eLearining course: "Introduction to School Nursing"
- West Virginia Nursing Substitute Permit Requires:
- Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
