Description:
Work in the school office taking care of all secretarieal duties, including but not limited to:
1. Handle routine correspondence, and general secretarial tasks, and prepare various reports
2. Operate computerized business and office machines including computers
3. Perform any duties as assigned by the administrator/supervisor
4. Computerized application of bookkeeping for school funds
5. Receive callers
6. Other duties as assigned by the Principal or Superintendent

Qualifications:
1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
3. Advanced knowledge and experience in operation of computers
4. Dependable work record
5. Able to perform duties listed in job description
6. Must pass State Competency Test for secretaries. Test given by WCS.

Employment Term: 204 days
