Hiring Process
Job Openings
Our online job board is updated as new vacancies become available. Job postings are an official notice of recruitment and provide an overview of the job description and minimum qualifications. Job postings will be open for a minimum of four days and will either include a posted closing date or be noted as “open until filled”.
Submitting an Application
With the exception of our Family Fitness Center, all applications must be submitted electronically through our online job board, we no longer accept paper applications. Unsolicited resumes will not be accepted or kept on file with the Human Resources Office. Application Review
We seek to hire and retain the most qualified applicants within the applicant pool. Individuals will be evaluated for employment based upon their knowledge, skills, experience, education, and potential for job performance consistent with the needs of the position. If you do not meet the minimum qualifications for the position, we will be unable to move you forward in our hiring process.
Interviews
Depending on the number of qualified applicants for the position, only a select number of individuals may receive invitations for interviews. Our interviews may be conducted by phone, video conference, and/or in-person. If you are selected for an interview, we will reach out to you directly to make arrangements and provide additional information. Interviews include a panel of at least two individuals and may be followed up with a second or third evaluation.
