Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic furniture team. In this role you will be painting, staining and repairing and modifying rustic solid wood furniture. Responsibilities
- Complete modifications and finishes using hand tools and power tools in accordance with all standard safety protocols
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws) for diverse carpentry tasks
- Experience with framing carpentry (wood or metal studs), trim carpentry, roofing, siding, etc is helpful
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on safety standards
- Skills in woodworking, cabinetry installation, door hanging, drywall finishing (plastering), and flooring installation is helpful
- Basic understanding of electrical or plumbing systems relevant to remodeling or repair tasks
