West Texas Filters is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Agent in Lubbock, TX. The main responsibilities of this role include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and managing service requests. The Customer Support Agent will provide excellent customer service while maintaining detailed records of communications and troubleshooting resolutions.
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to professionally address customer inquiries and provide efficient support
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and a commitment to fulfilling customer needs
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to assist and address concerns clearly
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to handle customer-related challenges effectively
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely responses
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional certifications in customer service or communication are a plus
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and filtration products is an advantage but not required
