Job Functions include:
Administration of injectable medications
Helping clients with medication planners
Performing venipunctures
Completing Medical Information Surveys (MIS)
Performing AIMS
Performing mental and physical status exams
Conducting medication education and support
Requires flexible hours, involves extensive paperwork, and will require self-directed performance. Travel and the use of a personal vehicle is required.
Position Requirements:
Required: LVN license
Must have and maintain a Valid Drivers License and driving record that is acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Salary : $55,000
