(Based On Skills, Experience, Performance, And Ongoing Training Participation)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1‑hour lunch)
- Rotating on‑call schedule for 24/7 emergency service
- Occasional nights and weekends as required
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems
- Work independently on standard service calls and with support on more complex repairs
- Service and troubleshoot larger commercial equipment, including 25 ton systems, as experience allows
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment documentation
- Assist in evaluating system conditions and making repair recommendations
- Communicate findings and next steps clearly to customers and internal team members
- Deliver a professional, high‑quality customer experience on every call
- Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding:
- Training needs
- Inventory requirements
- Equipment or site‑specific issues
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time using company software
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and job sites in a professional manner
Service Manager
Required Qualifications
- Universal EPA Certification
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience performing repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- 2–5 years of experience working on commercial HVAC equipment (including larger tonnage systems preferred)
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, improve technical skills, and take ownership of assigned work
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
- Strong documentation and communication skills
