JOB DESCRIPTION
- West-Tech Materials is seeking an Outside Sales Engineer for our Medical Products Division with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Medical Device related market, based in Southern California. The ideal candidate will prospect, contact and follow up with potential clients, developing a relationship to discuss our manufacturing partner's technologies and values. The candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts and solutions to all prospective clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and provide technical presentations/demonstration
- Identify prospective clients
- Partner with the Sales Team to generate and nurture prospective clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients with a solution oriented approach
- Provide general technical support and customer service to clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering
- Located in Southern California
- 3 Years Experience selling into the Medical Device and/or related Manufacturing Markets
- Highly self-motivated and driven
- Willingness to travel within the territory
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively priority and organize daily tasks and manage time efficiently
