POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversees the development and operations of aquatics programs, and/or other programs. Recruits, trains and supports assigned staff. Develops, organizes and implements high quality, member-focused YMCA aquatics programs.

Physical Demands:
$48,000 - $54,000 depending depending on experience, education and relative skill sets.
