Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physician Assistant at our Brookfield, WI location. The Physician Assistant will work closely with physicians to provide comprehensive care for patients with arthritis and related conditions. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and treating conditions, developing care plans, prescribing medications, and providing patient education. The role also involves collaborating with the medical team to ensure a high standard of care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Strong understanding of arthritis, joint health, and related medical conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Experience in patient education and creating personalized care plans
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant and applicable licensure in the state of Wisconsin
- Compassionate approach to patient care and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Experience in a clinical setting specializing in arthritis or related medical fields is a plus
