Residential HVAC Installer – West Sound Comfort Systems

What You'll Do
- Install residential heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, ductless mini-splits, AC systems and IAQ products, including Mitsubishi Electric and Rheem equipment
- Set equipment, run line sets, and handle brazing, evacuation and charging
- Install and modify ductwork, venting, gas piping and condensate lines
- Wire low-voltage controls and program Wi-Fi thermostats
- Start up and commission new systems, and walk homeowners through how to use them
- Complete digital job documentation and photos
- Keep job sites clean and treat every customer's home with respect
- Work closely with our sales, service and office teams so every install goes smoothly
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid Washington State driver's license and a clean driving record
- Heat pump and ductless experience
- Your own hand tools (we provide the larger tools and equipment)
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, on roofs and outdoors in all weather
- A reliable, team-first attitude and a high standard for workmanship
Nice to Have
- WA 06A HVAC/R specialty electrical certificate or electrical trainee card
- NATE or manufacturer certifications
Where This Can Lead
This isn't a dead-end job. Installers who show strong workmanship and leadership can grow into our Lead Installer role, which pays $40–$55 per hour, with company-paid training and certifications to help you get there.
Pay & Benefits
- $28–$40 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime
- Install performance bonus

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime as needed.
