What You’ll Do:
- Welcome with a Smile: Greet guests and customers warmly, making them feel at home.
- Be the Voice of RCE: Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and a friendly tone.
- Support the Team: Provide administrative support to our Sales, Parts, and Service departments. Monitor and order office supplies so nothing runs out.
- Pitch In: Jump in to help with other tasks—every day is a little different, and that’s what keeps it fun!
- Parts Assistance: Set up or coordinate shipping of parts to our customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or front desk experience (bonus points for dealership or service-industry background!)
- Accounting Know-How: Basic understanding of general accounting principles.
- People Skills: Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator.
- Organized: Strong attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with standard desktop applications and systems.
