West Side Marketplace is seeking a Meat Cutter with experience in a large volume store. Duties include, cut and trim meat from larger portions into steaks, chops, roasts, and other cuts. Prepare meat for sale by performing various duties, such as weighing meat, wrapping it, and putting it out for display. Making specialty meals/meats for sale. Cutting for special orders. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits.
