About the Role
As a Hand Stacker, you'll pick and prepare customer orders for next-day delivery using ride-on pallet jacks, scanners, and headsets in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You'll work independently to accurately select products, stack them on pallets, and keep your work area clean and organized while following safety procedures.

What You’ll Do
- Accurately pick customer orders for next-day delivery.
- Operate stand-up ride-on pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Use scanners and headsets to follow pick paths and instructions.
- Navigate a temperature-controlled warehouse to locate and select products.
- Stack and organize products on pallets according to company standards.
- Follow FIFO rotation and all warehouse safety procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report any safety concerns.
- Support overall warehouse operations by completing all required training.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 1–2 years warehouse or manual material handling experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Commitment to safety and workplace integrity
- Basic computer literacy
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, squatting, and reaching
- Work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (protective gear provided)
