Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex diagnostic and repair services on a variety of vehicles, including electrical, engine, transmission, brake, and HVAC systems.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections with precision and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs and provide accurate estimates.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing expertise and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- ASE Certification or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with at least 2 years in an advanced role.
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and software (e.g., OBD-II scanners, multimeters, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
