Location: Large luxury apartment community in vibrant Shockoe Bottom, Richmond, VA
Type: Full-Time

We're on the hunt for a true rockstar to join our dynamic leasing team at one of Richmond's premier large-scale properties in the heart of Shockoe Bottom! If you're energetic, charismatic, and passionate about connecting people with their perfect home, this is your stage to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour prospective residents through our stunning apartments and amenities, turning "maybe" into "yes!"
• Qualify leads, close leases, and hit (or exceed!) occupancy goals.
• Build lasting relationships with residents to boost renewals and referrals.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with top-notch customer service.
• Assist with marketing efforts, social media buzz, and community events.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork with precision.

Requirements:

• Leasing experience required (preferably in multifamily/apartments – you know the drill!).
• Proven track record of sales success and hitting targets.
• Outgoing personality with killer communication skills – you're the face of our community!
• Weekend availability (because that's when the action happens).
• Reliable transportation and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, Entrata, etc.) is a plus.
