Job Summary
The Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient flow, accuracy, and availability of inventory across assigned branches. This role plays a critical part in supporting business performance by maintaining organized, reliable, and high-functioning distribution center operations. Working cross-functionally with Logistics, Inventory, Purchasing, and Branch leadership, this position drives efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all warehouse processes.

Key Role Accountabilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, transfers, and shipments
- Maintain accurate, organized inventory and ensure all materials are properly tracked
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials across locations
- Monitor and improve processes to drive efficiency and reduce delays
- Manage incoming deliveries, verify purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA requirements, and company policies
- Lead and support warehouse staff, reinforcing accountability and performance expectations
- 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience
- Forklift experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; WMS experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
