Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose Of Position
As a Technical Deployment Lead at West Shore Home, you will own the physical and logistical execution of technology deployments for Greenfield and Brownfields, decommissions, and other initiatives, guided by Infrastructure-defined standards and Site Reliability management oversight. As the frontline executor for site builds, the Site Delivery Lead ensures consistent quality, accuracy, and accountability across all deployment activities.

As a Technical Deployment Lead at West Shore Home, you will own the physical and logistical execution of technology deployments for Greenfield and Brownfields, decommissions, and other initiatives, guided by Infrastructure-defined standards and Site Reliability management oversight. As the frontline executor for site builds, the Site Delivery Lead ensures consistent quality, accuracy, and accountability across all deployment activities.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Responsible for vendor coordination, equipment readiness, structured cabling and network equipment installation oversight, device deployment, conference room setup, printer implementation, branch connectivity validation, and post-launch handoff.
- Participate in SRE practices including verification and monitoring of network and resource health, along with troubleshooting and completion of escalation workflows from Tier 1 support and requires strong operational awareness, disciplined process execution, and the ability to manage predictable and repeatable workstreams.
- Validate all network services, ISP connections, SSIDs, VPN tunnels, and branch routing meet readiness requirements. Participate in root-cause validation after cutovers or major incidents.
- Maintain up-to-date checklists, site readiness forms, post-deployment reports, and cutover documentation.
- 2 years of experience in IT Support, network installation, field services, or technical deployment roles.
- Experience coordinating technology deployments or fit-outs within branch-based environments, retail, or distributed operations strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly summaries.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to branch locations.
