What You’ll Do
As an In-Home Sales Manager, you’ll:
- Review schedule of appointments set by Inside Sales and adjust accordingly within the sales team
- Review disposition results daily and coach the team to assist them with their upcoming appointments.
- Prepare and lead weekly sales meeting.
- Drive team results by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating wins.
- Effectively utilize In-Home Sales Team Leads to ensure In-Home Sales Representatives receive frequent and effective coaching and feedback.
