Position: Commission Review Specialist
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time)

Purpose Of Position
As a Commission Review Specialist at West Shore Home, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of commission payments for more than 600 In-Home Sales representatives. The Sales Compensation Analyst manages a high-volume commission process, reviewing sales transactions, validating commission calculations, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to support one of the organization’s most important compensation programs.

Key Role Accountabilities
- Calculate and process commissions for In-Home Sales representatives in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Review sales transactions and supporting documentation to ensure commission payments are accurate and compliant with established guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies within the commission process & process adjustments when errors occur during the sales process.
- Investigate and resolve commission-related inquiries or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct audits of commission calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Salesforce and/or HRIS experience- preferred
