As an Inside Sales Office Assistant, you will work with the Call Center’s leadership to assist in the effective coordination, organization, and communication within the department.

Purpose Of Position
As an Inside Sales Office Assistant, you will work with the Call Center’s leadership to assist in the effective coordination, organization, and communication within the department.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Greet interviews and guests in the Inside Sales Space.
- Successfully use Office Depot and Amazon ordering processes to restock resources required for effective running of the Inside Sales department.
- Refill breakroom stock and maintain organization and cleanliness within the office.
- Assist with the onboarding and employee orientation of Call Center employees.
- Assist with Employee engagement activities.
- Represent as brand ambassador for the Inside Sales department at West Shore Home.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or similar work preferred.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
