Position: AI Engineer
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

This is a strong fit for an engineer who wants to design, deploy, and maintain advanced AI services ranging from custom microservices to machine learning (ML) models and computer vision systems that become core components of our company’s infrastructure.
Key Role Accountabilities
- Build and deploy machine learning models for prediction, classification, and optimization. Develop image classification and computer vision pipelines (e.g., identifying bathroom components, quality inspection, install readiness).
- Architect, implement, and orchestrate containerized AI microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Integrate and connect AI services to front-line applications, CRM, and operational tools.
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune LLMs (Large Language Models) for internal use cases. (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Evaluate emerging tools, models, and frameworks including, but not limited to, multimodal AI, speech models, retrieval pipelines, and vector databases.
- HS Diploma or equivalent, required; Bachelors degree, preferred.
- Strong experience in Python for ML/AI development.
- Experience in the following are required:
- Building and deploying microservices (FastAPI, Flask, Node, etc.)
- Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Computer vision or image classification pipelines.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or embeddings, preferred.
