What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Specialist position at West Shield?
We at West Shield provide transportation for at-risk juveniles to different facilities and programs in the United States.
Intake Specialists provide a therapeutic type of support to the parents and set up all travel plans. Intake Specialists will be taking down information for the case to be set up and coordinate with all the parties associated with that case.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be able to multitask.
Must have a background in customer service
