Duties
- Lead and supervise restoration projects involving fire damage, water intrusion, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and cleaning operations
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Perform hands-on restoration work using hand tools and power tools to remove debris, clean affected areas, and restore structures
- Conduct detailed inspections to assess damage severity and develop effective action plans
- Manage the use of specialized equipment such as carpet cleaners, asbestos abatement tools, and construction materials
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards while maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Train and mentor technicians on proper techniques for cleaning, restoration procedures, use of tools, and safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of fire restoration, water damage repair, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement
- Strong hands-on skills with hand tools and power tools used in construction and restoration work
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and general property sanitation
- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Certifications in restoration fields such as IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) are a plus
